Frank is a banker, investor, and former ice hockey professional. He worked at Deutsche Bank AG for 30 years, most recently as Member of the Group Management Board. He also served as the CEO of Deutsche Postbank AG from 2011 to 2017. Frank currently sits on the Boards of various companies and institutions, and acts as an advisor and investor for FinTech start-ups across Europe and the US, whom he supports with his vast financial services experience and know-how.

Markus is an entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of PAY.ON, which was acquired by ACI Worldwide in 2015. He is also the founding investor in payworks, which was acquired by Visa in 2019. He supports founders in their go-to-market approach as well as scaling their businesses.

Senthil is a business leader with 30+ years of global experience in the tech and financial services industry. He formerly worked at Oracle and is now actively assisting founders of early-stage companies in raising capital, winning new customers, and expanding into new markets.

Paolo has gained first-hand entrepreneurship experience, having co-founded and launched two businesses himself, and raised or helped to raise finance from private and institutional investors for various tech businesses.
Paolo has worked in private equity (Privet Capital) and investment banking (Lehman Brothers) in London and previously spent almost ten years in management consulting (Gemini Consulting, Arthur D Little, and Value Partners).
Paolo was also partner at Blockchain Valley Ventures.
Paolo is a graduate of Bocconi University and holds an MBA from Chicago Booth.
