This award is a testament to our continued technology-enabled growth, with Cera reaching key milestones recently:

• Became the first healthcare company in Europe to introduce Generative AI
• Reduced hospitalisations by 70% using our ML-based platform
• Delivered 50,000+ in-person home visits a day across the UK
• Delivered more than 1.5 million at-home appointments in January to save the Government & NHS up to £1 million per day, alleviating pressures at a critical time
• Doubled our monthly volume of frontline hires, with over 150,000 job applications in 2023
• Unprecedented transformation of recruitment, being 5x faster and 2x cheaper than the sector

These powerful innovations come at a time of great need, where Skills for Care, the national body for social care workforce, reports that over 165,000 roles in the care sector are currently vacant, while pressures on the NHS are record high.
