CommitMed, well known for its product Pflegebox, is the market leader of recoverable nursing care products in Germany. Prosenio, founded in 2009, established multiple product shops for the aging population and has market access to 200.000 customers. Combined both companies represent a profitable and tech based medium company with annual revenues of 16mn EUR and access to 250.000 customers as well as 3.000 nursing services.

The potenzial of both companies is huge. In 2024 Prosenio-24 aims for 50mn EUR revenues and 500.000 customers.
