Yama has been with yabeo since 2020 and is responsible for finance, accounting, and reporting. He also supports the design and implementation of new business processes at yabeo, as well as the optimization of existing ones.    Before joining yabeo, Yama was employed at Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant and participated in various projects around accounting , risk and finance transformation. He started his career at Fidor Bank AG (FinTech and digital bank), where he held various positions in the finance team. As part of Fidor Bank's internationalization strategy, he also worked in United Arab Emirates for two years. Yama successfully completed his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Munich with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
