Martin joined yabeo in April 2022. As Head of Finance, he oversees Finance, Accounting & Reporting, Investor Relations, and our M&A activities. Prior to this, Martin was Principal at Skill Capital, an international advisory boutique to the leading private equity community in the US and Europe offering support on transactions and executive search. Prior to this, Martin was at Sana Kliniken AG where he was the Executive Assistant to the CFO. He started his career at KPMG Deal Advisory, focusing on M&A advisory and corporate valuations. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Law and Business (MLB) from Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) and Bucerius Law School. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University and the University of Applied Sciences of Regensburg with a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Studies (EBS). In his spare time, he is a passionate cook, loves to spend his time in the mountains, and is interested in politics, history,​ and art.
