Noemi joined Yabeo in January 2023 with a focus on Digital Health investments. Before joining Yabeo, Noemi worked at global management consultancy Kearney for several years, where she helped international clients through major transformations as part of Corporate M&A or Private Equity investments. Her main focus was on developing commercial and operational strategies as well as future-proof operating models. Thereby, she worked with multiple Private Equity firms to identify market opportunities and value creation levers in their newly acquired portfolio companies. Noemi holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and an MSc in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. During her studies, she also completed exchange programs in Japan and the U.S. In her free time, she likes to do Yoga, Indoor Cycling, or to explore different restaurants and cafes, in Munich and around the world.
